I turned 26 years old last week. Yes, it’s still strange to me. But what an opportune time to share 26 lessons I’ve learned in 26 years. 🙂

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Week, I thought it only appropriate to talk more about my own mental health. Not-so-fun fact: I struggle with anxiety.
